Hygiene
All of our instruments are cleaned using the latest Miele thermo disinfector.
These instruments are then checked by hand before being packed into special operation trays or shrink-wrapped in a vapour permeable covering. Here they will be sterilised in a Melag autoclave.
Every step of the sterilisation procedure is digitally computer documented. A barcode sticker is then printed for each individual item.
Lastly, the whole process is checked by hand before the barcodes are affixed. For your records, the barcodes of the products used during your operation will be removed and affixed onto your record card.
This will ensure that you have a traceable record of all of the instruments that were used during your procedure.
